We offer free shipping (USPS ground advantage) to all 50 states within the United States. We currently do not ship outside of the 50 states.

Damaged items must be reported to Yali Ceramics within 48 hours of the delivery date for a refund to be issued.

A photo of the damaged piece, along with the box and packaging with all labels visible is required to be sent to Yali Ceramics (Email to Yaliceramics@gmail.com). Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in the same condition as seen in the photo, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We do not otherwise accept returns. If your order has already been shipped and is on its way, we cannot cancel your order.
